wolf/rain/garden

brendon earned his WOLF badge in scouts.. he worked hard on learning everything and passing off requirements to do this. i'm very proud of him for wanting to do it. (and obsessing about it) ugh!

here he's drinking 'WOLF BLOOD' of course.. they had to hunt it down to get the blood.

(or go around the corner and get the pitcher of koolaid)

mom & dad even had to drink some with him.

now that he drank the blood.. he is a WOLF now.. hence the howling!!

now to rain.. or CLOUDS! my favorite! this was the sun shining from the other side of the clouds. not behind them, but on them.. it looked like a reverse rainbow. it was so cool.

and garden time.. .(sorry) its all we do anymore.
we started w/ this...

once they got big enough, they were moved to the garden.

and they look like this in the garden. the pumpkins are in their own hole together.

the 2 tall things on the right are corn.. and the one plant on the left is a mystery garden plant. haha

when we turned over all the new soil (when we enlarged the garden) we had things pop up.

they are obviously from things we already had, but the weird thing is that the garden wasnt in this spot.. but they seeded out some how. once they get bigger we'll see what we have!

the new rows getting started. we have corn & pumpkins. and then mysterious plants that were in the wrong spot to be watered, so we moved them w/ the rest of the stuff.

our cantaloupe & watermelon plants are still producing flowers. so if the bees stay there we'll get something!
