you are hot and PAINFUL! but the brief monsoons (or at least the evening wind) made the evenings somewhat okay.. (barely)! not cool, by all means, but if you sit really still..its not hot!
thank goodness for a big cousin (LANDON) who's still a kid! =)
he brings guitar hero and fun for the kids! they are lonely today without him. he's the lucky one though, cz i made him stacked enchiladas for dinner.. mmmm
summertime also brings yummy watermelon. but this is no ordinary one.. this one is from our GARDEN!

i cant wait to have my own compost(or mulch) to put in the garden.
we take grass.. old garden plants.. peelings from fruits/veggies.. or expired ones..haha and even chicken poop.. (beings they eat only healthy things) anything goes really except dairy or meats as they would spoil and not break down.

mmmm watermelon! AND what a great idea for compost...we have been trying to figure out how to do one in our backyard and thats a great idea!!! we just might have to steal it:)
