This 'biz' is the 'shiz'

if you don't wanna read my update, then by all means... LEAVE!

the giant garden that keeps growing!! it has a lot of grass in it, cz we got tired of picking it!

.
which is why we built these 2 sq.foot gardens. we premixed our own soil, and laid a weed blocker underneath it! once the old garden is 'spent' that will be the chickens new home!

corn, 1 squash, watermelon, honeydew

.
and look... my peach is changing colors! doesn't it look so yummy??? and its in MY backyard! and we've also added an apricot & apple tree (to be delivered on saturday)

.
we actually have so much squash growing out of our garden we can't keep up. I usually try to keep them picked every couple of days-otherwise they turn GiGaNtIc!

SOMEHOW WE MISSED ONE!

.
and do you think i'd let it go w/ out posting the pics & having it measured??!!

17 inches!!

.

and these things are growing like the grass in the garden.. FAST!

so kevin is quickly working on their OUTSIDE home! and of course this pic is already outdated! i swear i can't keep up!

I saw your chicken coop today when I dropped off music--you guys should do a class on provident living! By the way, that super duper sized zuccini can still be used for zuccini bread--you can just shred it up and put it in some boiling water for a minute, then some cold water--then you can put the shredded stuff into bags and they will stay good in your freezer for a long time--you can even pre-measure the bags for zuccini bread if you want. Well, hopefully I didn't tell you something you already know! Thanks for showing off all your stuff--it's fun to see!
