So as we were walking around Kiersten came across a helmet (which she's been begging for since she got her bike). It was a pink princess one (what else!) The first thing I thought was, OMG! DO NOT PUT THAT ON!!!...but it was too late. My children never cease to entertain, and this bike/stroller thing was there, and lo & behold she hops on this thing and starts riding around while wearing the helmet. Can I tell you how funny that was??
Brendon also came across a helmet, that he wanted, and since the weekend when we purchased them, they randomly wear them. I don't understand it but oh well :)
Then there's me!! We happen to go on a Saturday that was 50% off. I guess they do that every other saturday. I came across this.
A grandfather clock, that I only paid $40 for. It works, and I was mesmerized by it and couldn't leave it behind. Unfortunately, it still sits next to my refrigerator because I don't know where to put it. If you want to volunteer to "re do" my front room. PLEASE HELP ME! I still can't believe it works, and there is only 3 or 4 scratches--that you can't see unless you look hard & in the right spot.

i ♥ bargain shopping- esp. if it's thrift store or target clearance!! jon goes bizark anytime one of our kids touches anything from those places, he's always yelling, "now don't put your hands in your mouth, we need to sanitize them before you touch anything else!" i find it absolutely hilarious! i'm like, "whatever...i'm sure they've touched worst."
oh- and your comment about "the possibilities of you being arrested are endless" as a mother- i laughed so hard! :) that was the funniest post...love how they're using a knife to eat frosting, so safe!
btw- jon says he does remember having class with you! that was the first time he had met you ( he thinks).
SCORE on that clock. I AM a bargin shopper! All the way baby...there is no bigger high than a great deal. (besides a coffee high) :-)
