I hate when people are flabbergasted that we have "young kids" and a rottweiler! Or that just because it's a pit bull, it will attack you & kill you. I'm not like some animal rights person or anything, but I do BELIEVE it is all in how the dog is trained, raised & (yadda yadda).
Here is all the proof you need. My 17 month old feeding him, sticking her hand in his dish, and even sitting on him. "nuff said"

oh man, if looks could kill- your daughter's stare are really peircing! LOL
and I'm so afraid of dogs, esp. rots and pit bulls...so, yes, the name alone makes me want to run and hide, sorry! they just have a reputation!!! I agree tho, if the owners train them and treat them kind they can be wonderful fam. dogs!
Man your dog has GROWN! He is HUGE! Who cares what people think...I know they are great dogs!
No, birthday yet. It is coming. Carey and me both have birthdays with in days of each other. So...not yet. SOon though...
As for the coffee. Yeah it is a rare thing for me now. I did give it up, but have it for a treat every once in a while. Which makes it all that much more appreciated.
