No, these pictures aren't blurry. This is what my sister and I tried to do last weekend. Go up to Snowflake for a funeral. We didn't quite make it. The higher north we got, the colder & snowier (haha) it got. We had no chains, 2wd only, and pretty much no experience. Very, very beautiful, of course, but oh so stressful in the same breath! I have about a hundred pics, but figured you got the point! :)

Oh my gosh that looks freaking scary to drive in! That brings back horrible memories I have of an accident we were in driving in that crap! still freaks me out.

If it was up to me I'd never go back to Mesa. Chad & Heather are moving back whenever their hosue sells. They've canceled our reunion this year since heather, Melany, and me are having babies this year and chad & shane have both had major job changes, so maybe next year if there's a house that can handle the whole Merkley clan. We haven't been in the valley since Kyran's g-pa died in 2004. belive me you'll know if I ever go back to visit.
