carey you're soo cute! i don't have a life... just all my focus is on diet & exercise right now. and i mean all of it. my house even is getting neglected! but it's worth it.. lost 10 lbs. so far!

I'll come back eventually.. working out over an hour everyday leaves no time for even showers! ha. me & kev bought P90X (from tv).
he's lost 8 lbs. it's hard,but fun and i hope to lose way more. reality is 50, in my wildest dreams would be like 70!

you'll have to look it up on-line. we saw it on tv over & over again, and finally decided we both wanted to try it. they call it a in home boot camp. has different things-yoga,cardio,arms,legs,back,abs. pretty much everything.
FYI...you can get the program a little cheaper w/free shipping off of ebay!! thats where becky and I got ours:) just in case anybody else wanted to order it! ha!
ok, so i just looked it up online and on ebay and i'm thinking i gotta try this when baby's out! very intense- but i like the all the options! good luck with it & way to go on the 10 lbs.!
