And show some house updates too!

.
.
and now.... the HOUSE! . . the piano and comp desk will be relocated to the other room, we just haven't moved them yet. I haven't added the chair rail for the wall yet, but you can kinda see it w/ just the white paint there!!
.
The front room. I have 3 walls painted almond paste (creamy color) and one oyster shell (brownish) wall. This is my new armoire (new to me) I got from craigs list, and yes the tv still sits next to it on the floor.. (told you things were jacked around here).
We're waiting to grout the floor before we put everything in it, and it's harder to move!
.
here's the big dog that RACHEL is sooo afraid of. He barked one time!!! HONESTLY!! :P
this was just a pic of the floor in the front room...
.
And the hallway (kids) bathroom. That doesn't even have a sink or mirror in it. Just a toilet and the bath/shower! how SAD is that???! The green is actually a little darker than this, but I have a new mirror/cabinet that's white, a white vanity/cabinet & a white floor cabinet that will go in here. And some fancy thing on the wall that's white board on the lower half of the wall.. (waynes coating or something.. boarding?? I don't know!! )
.
And that's what we BE UP TO!

I like the cookie idea and I love the point. We did the same thing in our front room, tv room and hallway. It's great to hide the dirt. Tile is probably smart with the dog so you can get all the hair up. I cringe just thinking about it that's why lizzie is an outside dog now. Does this mean the laundry room is finally done?
You can make me a giant cookie any time!
holy giant cookie!!!!
house looks good!!
You are a bsy little lady. It's looking good. Painting is one of my favorite things to do. If I were there I'd help! Thanks for the bday shout out!
Ps. We do "cookie cakes" because my oldest doesn't care for cake. Stick your dough in a cake pan (13x9) cook same temp for about 21 min. Don;t over cook. YUM YUM YUM. We write on it with melted choc chips. so good! When I am not lazy i will post her party and you can see how yum
Your house is looking good. You have done alot since I was there last week. I like the colors.
Oh and thanks for that big cookie. The kids loved it. You are definately a professional baker at least!!!
I'm so impressed the cookie wasn't raw in the middle--that's what always happens to me when we try that. Nice job on the house!

you'll have to check my blog out- under my ult. fav creative sites...there's an interior decorator. for FREE you can send her pics of your rooms and she'll give you good pointers of where to hang pics, put the couches & armoire, etc. my friend tamlynn did it, so you can see an example on her blog. if you're interested!
Looking good Diane!
Those muffin cookies are real..."interesting"...So they really taste different? Like crunchier around the edges maybe? You'll have to bring me one sometime and let me taste it before I try it out.
